A full time Trusts & Estate Planning attorney with 4-8 years of experience. High priority is placed on hiring team members with an A+ attitude that are ready to join a close-knit team of attorneys. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and a self-starter with polished client service skills and the ability to organize, set priorities, and follow up. Experience should include the following : wealth transfer strategies and advice including drafting wills, trusts, powers of ‎attorney, and other estate planning documents, trust and probate administration, and representing clients on the above matters in court (for non-litigation matters) Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to produce client-ready documents in a timely manner, collaborating as needed with other attorneys and clients' financial advisors.
