Collection Specialist

A company is looking for a Collection Specialist to negotiate repayment and establish repayment schedules for delinquent accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Contact consumers to negotiate repayment plans for delinquent accounts

Establish repayment schedules to resolve outstanding debts

Utilize provided tools and training to succeed in the role

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Availability to work Monday-Friday between 8am-7pm

One (1) year of Call Center and Customer Service Experience (preferred)

One (1) year of Collection Experience (preferred)

Mathematical and Analytical Skills (preferred)
