Job Title : Quality Laboratory Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Laboratory Technician who will be responsible for ensuring the quality of incoming and in-process products through rigorous acceptance testing. The technician will monitor instruments and processes used in test procedures, compile and review test data, and keep the quality manager and production team updated with any quality issues. The role also involves participation in audits, and the completion of non-conforming material reports and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality acceptance testing on incoming and in-process products.
• Monitor and maintain instruments and processes during test procedures.
• Compile and review test results, updating the quality manager and production team on any issues.
• Participate in audits and investigations related to non-conforming materials.
• Test raw materials and mixes by collecting samples from the production area.
• Perform various tests including tensile, acetone, humidity, freezer, sieve, hardness, dimensional inspections, and more.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $28.85 / hr.
