Supply & Inventory Planner

We are seeking a Senior Supply & Inventory Planner to manage end-to-end (E2E) inventory planning for North America, with a focus on supporting the Canada supply chain optimization project. This role ensures marketplace demand aligns with supply, drives efficient purchasing, and safeguards inventory health. The planner will collaborate with cross-functional partners to proactively resolve risks and ensure timely product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Inventory Planning : Oversee weekly / bi-weekly purchasing of finished goods, supporting Consumer x Field of Play (FoP) strategies.
• Supply Health Management : Create purchase orders, adjust supply parameters, and optimize delivery timing vs. revenue opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Consumer x FoP, DSM, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Brand, and Global Supply & Manufacturing teams.
• Data Analysis & Reporting : Leverage dashboards and reports to track KPIs, identify risks, and provide inventory insights to stakeholders.
• Problem Solving : Proactively resolve supply chain challenges, escalating where needed to ensure timely delivery.
• Process Improvement : Drive efficiency by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, refine planning tools, and enhance inventory practices.
