Multifamily Estimator (Dallas)

We're working with a reputable Developer seeking a Multifamily Estimator to join their growing team. This person will play a key role in preconstruction, budgeting, and competitive bidding for new apartment and mixed-use projects.

North Dallas, TX

Compensation : $90K$120K base + excellent benefits (401K, healthcare, PTO, bonuses)

Project Types : Podium, wrap, and garden-style multifamily developments

What You'll Do :

• Lead quantity takeoffs, subcontractor bid reviews, and detailed cost estimates
• Collaborate with the preconstruction and operations teams to develop accurate budgets
• Build and maintain strong subcontractor relationships
• Provide cost feedback and analysis to leadership
