Base pay range

$110,000.00 / yr - $130,000.00 / yr

Overview

The Corporate Accounting Manager will oversee the Company’s corporate accounting and FP&A functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, robust budgeting and forecasting, and adherence to U.S. GAAP. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy, process improvement, and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly and quarterly corporate financial statements and management reports.
• Lead the annual GAAP audit process, including preparation of supporting schedules and coordination with external auditors.
• Prepare and analyze departmental and business line financial statements and reports; identify trends and provide insights to management.
• Manage day-to-day corporate accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Develop and maintain the annual corporate budget and forecasts; perform budget-to-actual and variance analyses.
• Support cash management processes through short-term forecasting and monitoring of cash activity.
• Lead and implement process improvement initiatives, including accounting system enhancements and internal control improvements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal control requirements.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to accounting staff, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
