Job descriptionHigh school diploma or GED Programmable Logistics Controller (PLC) training Ensure the efficient operation and support of our maintenance department Assign PMs, checking completion and tracking rates Manage and direct daily activities to team members Ensure all safety standards, policies and procedures are followed Review the operation of plant equipment and systems, solving problems promptly and identify improvement opportunities Make calls to tech support for issues with machines, responsible for lean manufacturing, 5S, 6-Sigma Work with the departments to implement processes and develop improvement plans Create department procedures and facilitates training Working knowledge of PLCs and controls Must have good leadership capabilities Excellent oral and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Able to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and plumbing problems Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Hard-working and dependable with a desire to grow Health Insurance Vision Insurance Dental Insurance Paid personal days Paid vacation time off Tuition reimbursement 401(k) matching FSA / HSA Accounts 9 Paid Holidays, eligibility begins day 1. Position : Industrial Maintenance Supervisor
Location : Winston-Salem, NC
Pay : $70,000 to $95,000 / year + $5.000 sign-on bonus + shift differential
Experience :
- 5 years of maintenance experience is required
- 4 years of supervisory experience is required
Education :
Type : Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule : 2-2-3 schedule, 6pm to 6am
