TES Staffing is proud to partner with a premier title insurance company in their search for a Title Attorney . This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, motivated legal professional to join a growing team and play a key role in ensuring smooth and successful real estate transactions.

As a Title Attorney, you will leverage your legal expertise to research, analyze, and resolve complex title matters. You will work both independently and collaboratively, using underwriting guidelines to determine the best course of action while supporting employees, clients, and customers with clarity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities :

• Respond to inquiries from internal team members and clients regarding title insurability.
• Prepare and / or review documents required for closing real estate transactions, including affidavits, deeds, and escrow agreements.
• Collaborate with title insurance underwriters to resolve escalated title and curative issues.
• Provide timely support via email and phone to clients and customers with questions.
