Job descriptionOutpatient Rural Health Clinic and Tier 4 Patient-Centered Medical Home Schedule : Four 10-hour days per week Call : 1 : 3 (currently shared with 4 physicians) Patient volume : Average patients per day Scribe support provided for providers averaging 15+ patients per day On-site behavioral health and laboratory services Full-time, permanent position Epic EMR 1 : 1 medical support staff Located in the Pacific Northwest in the eastern foothills of the Blue Mountains Surrounded by the Eagle Caps, Wallowa, and Elkhorn mountain ranges Above average school system (per GreatSchools.org) Exceptional outdoor recreation including : Biking, hiking, alpine lakes, skiing, rock climbing, water sports, hunting, fishing, and bird watching - Mt. Emily Recreation Area (MERA) : Multiple hiking and biking trails - Ladd Marsh Nature Trail and Wildlife Area : Wildlife watching, game bird hunting, walking and biking paths - Historic Hot Lake Springs : One of the largest hot springs in the world - Wallowa Lake Recreation Area : Only 1.5 hours away in neighboring Wallowa County - Nearby Anthony Lakes : Beautiful alpine lakes and trails for year-round activities

- Very competitive total compensation opportunity ($305,000+)
- RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold
- Quality incentives up to $30,000 annually
- Commencement bonus of $40,000
