Join to apply for the Sales Trainer role at Brady Corporation . The Sales Trainer will be part of the Healthcare & People Solutions team, based in either Manheim, PA or Salt Lake City, UT, reporting to the Sr Director of Healthcare Sales. The role focuses on empowering the sales team to successfully sell Connected Identification Solutions, including Printers, Scanners, Labels, Wristbands and other healthcare-focused products.
The ideal candidate will design, coordinate, deliver, maintain, and evaluate training for new hires and ongoing development, covering systems, selling skills, products, procedures, and processes in group, individual, and web-based settings. They will develop and administer creative learning tools and job aids using needs assessments and skill level analysis.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales leadership to define training objectives, priorities, and strategies aligned with business goals for field, inside, and strategic sellers.
- Develop and maintain a library of training resources (sales collateral, playbooks, battle cards, materials) to improve seller performance and pipeline velocity, with feedback loops from sales for enablement improvement.
- Design and deliver onboarding programs for new hires, covering products / services, target market, buyer personas, and sales processes.
- Develop and facilitate ongoing training sessions, workshops, and certifications to enhance knowledge, skills, objection handling, and competitive positioning.
- Utilize external training resources to align training with a common philosophy.
- Analyze gaps in knowledge, skills, or abilities and design plans to close them.
- Collaborate with sales operations to optimize processes, workflows, and tools for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Partner with product management, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to align enablement with go-to-market strategy.
- Act as a liaison between sales and other departments to gather feedback and drive alignment on initiatives.
- Track and report training effectiveness and ensure alignment to sales strategy.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in sales enablement / training.5+ years of healthcare experience required.5+ years of sales training or enablement experience (medsurg / medtech preferred).Ability to establish KPIs and measure training effectiveness; collaboration skills.Strong understanding of hospital workflows and patient ID (ER, Admit, OR, Lab, Pharmacy or L&D).Ability to influence sellers, sales leaders, and cross-functional teams.Proven track record designing and administering creative training and talent development programs.Ability to tailor training to individual learning and motivational styles.Proficiency with solution / consultative selling frameworks (Challenger, Miller Heiman, SPIN).Experience with Salesforce and Learning Management Systems (LMS).Travel up to 25%, with remainder on-site.About Us
