Angel Senior Home Care is looking for a part time Registered Nurse to join its team.
This Registered Nurse will work in the field alongside the Home Health Care Coordinator and will perform initial assessments and monthly reassessments for our in-home clients.
Job Duties :
- Perform initial nursing assessments.
- Perform supervisory visits (re-assessments).
- Develop clients plan of care (ADL’s).
- Gather and review client medication lists.
- Provides training and education to client care aides, when needed.

- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Effectively manages time, personnel, and timeliness.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
- Ability to work with a wide variety of people.
