Job descriptionOversee daily operations for multiple field crews, including scheduling, project flow, and efficiency. Collaborate with leadership to plan resource allocation and meet company goals. Monitor KPIs such as productivity, on-time completion, and customer satisfaction. Support and mentor crew leaders and supervisors to develop future leaders. Maintain safety, quality, and operational standards across all projects. Work with sales, installation, and shop teams to ensure smooth project execution. 5+ years of experience managing operations, preferably in construction, exterior services, or trades. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to analyze metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement processes. Problem-solving mindset and ability to make decisions under pressure. Commitment to building a positive team culture and mentoring employees.
