Donation Management And Database Maintenance
Enter CCHMC donations into the donor database consisting of general donations, event donations, direct mail responses, corporate donations, major gifts, estate gifts, gift in kinds, payments on pledges and tribute donations, etc. Set up and create new gift batches. Process credit card and cash donations through donor database. Create tribute accounts and attach appropriate family acknowledgment information. Set up matching gift donations and create matching gift pledge.
Maintain biographical constituent records with new information contained through donations, correspondence, and staff members. Identify and correct discrepancies or errors in database to assure data integrity. Maintain and update constituent records in the Raiser's Edge database, including name changes, address updates, contact information, and other personal details. Review and process constituent updates received from various sources, including web forms, returned mail, and internal departmental requests. Perform data entry and record maintenance to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of constituent information. Assign and manage constituent codes (e.g., donor type) in accordance with organizational protocols. Conduct regular data cleanup projects to identify and resolve duplicates, outdated records, or incomplete information. Monitor returned mail to identify and correct inaccurate details. Implement data hygiene best practices and contribute to ongoing data quality improvement initiatives. Document data change processes and protocols, contributing to standard operating procedures for constituent record maintenance. Follow established data security and privacy policies when handling sensitive constituent information.
Generate constituent, mail lists, and financial reports for development staff. Provide business directors monthly financial donation reports. Perform daily financial gift reports for balancing bank statements with batch entry reports. Generate tax-receipt acknowledgements for all donors. Acknowledge family members of tribute gifts to CCHMC.
Job Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications : Experience in Raiser's Edge.

Expected Starting Pay Range : $22.18 - $27.73. Annualized pay may vary based on FTE status.
