Job Tittle : Business Professional - Business Analyst III

Location : Remote

Duration : 6+ Months

Shift Timing : M-F, 8 AM-5 PM

Pay Range : $49.60 -$51.60

Job Description :

• Will this role be fully remote? Yes
• What is the expected schedule (include days / times / timezone) M-F, 8 AM-5 PM, open to various time zones
• What are the day to day job duties? Assist with UM Pega migration by scheduling, prepping and facilitating UAT sessions. Participate in daily stand ups and other project meetings. Scribe / gather requirements. Communicate with HP stakeholders to gather names of end-users for UAT, training and prod access. Submit bulk load prod access request. Troubleshoot access issues in partnership with IDM team. Work closely with AMS team and other Pega PO's / PM's to gather release details for release communications. Review, add, edit JIRA stories.
• Top Skills Required : Understanding of Agile methodology, JIRA experience, UM / healthcare system experience (Pega experience even better)
• Required Education / Certification(s) : Bachelors degree / N / A
• Required Years of Experience : 3-5 Years of business analysis & 4+ years managed care experience
• What additional IT equipment is required (dual monitors, docking station, etc.) Laptop, Dual monitors, Docking station.
• Job Summary
• Analyzes complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers.
• Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences. Constructs forecasts, recommendations and strategic / tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge.
• Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements. Collaborates with clients to modify or tailor existing analysis or reports to meet their specific needs.
• May participate in management reviews, including presenting and interpreting analysis results, summarizing conclusions, and recommending a course of action.
• This is a general role in which employees work with multiple types of business data. May be internal operations-focused or external client-focused.
