Your Role

As aTechnical Service Specialist, you will collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the industry to deliver world-class technical service for Faraday Future and FX vehicles. Your responsibilities will include diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of vehicle systems — including powertrain, electrical, chassis, and body. You will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless, user-first experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Apply hands-on diagnostic and repair skills to support complete vehicle systems, including EV platforms, with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with service, quality, and engineering teams to resolve vehicle issues quickly and effectively.
• Provide on-site and remote support for vehicle service, including mobile service when required.
• Read, understand, and follow written service manual procedures.
• Review existing service procedures for accuracy and completeness; update as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle systems, including high voltage (HV), low voltage (LV), EV powertrains, chassis, and body structures.
• Develop new service procedures, document work instructions, and author bulletins to support technicians and the broader service network.
• Conduct root-cause investigations of field issues, warranty claims, and customer concerns; prepare detailed technical reports.
• Support continuous improvement of the customer experience through attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
• Adapt to a startup environment where responsibilities may extend beyond this job description.
• Embrace and promote FF's mission to advance sustainable transportation and redefine the automotive landscape.
