Scheduling of Service Technicians based on customer needs and technical requirements efficiently utilizing technician’s requirements efficiently utilizing technicians based on their location, skill level, and consistent planning.
Create and maintain SAP services orders and communicate with technicians of their job assignments based on the information in the tech request from the Field Managers.
Create PO’s for OEM’s within the service order. Maintain the dispatching table with a proactive billable hour mindset.
Answer phones within the call center and create tickets working in CRM. Create sales orders to ship out uniforms to the technician utilization.
Back up for other dispatchers. Facilitate cost saving measures such as carpooling and common hotels.
QUALIFICATIONS :
This position requires an associate degree or equivalent experience normally gained through 2-3 years of related work experience.
Technical knowledge of Krones equipment preferred. General PC Skills, Outlook, SAP, CRM, Word, Excel. Must have good communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple interruptions.
