Groundhog Landscaping is seeking a full-time Landscaping Foreman Miscellaneous to join our dynamic team in Derry, NH. With pay starting at $22 - $24 / hour (based on experience) and a guaranteed salary during winter months for qualified candidates, this is your chance to turn your passion into a fulfilling career.

As a Landscape Crew Foreman Miscellaneous, you will work Monday through Friday, with shifts starting around 6 : 30 AM and ending by 5 : 00 PM (depending on weather and job tasks). Occasional Saturday work may be required during peak seasons to keep up with the workload.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR LANDSCAPING FOREMAN MISCELLANEOUS

Every day, you will lead a 2 - 3 person crew to execute landscape and other miscellaneous projects with efficiency and professionalism. You'll start your day by organizing your team, reviewing job assignments, and ensuring everyone is ready to tackle the tasks ahead. Whether installing vibrant plantings, rolling out fresh sod for a flawless lawn, or completing small hardscape features, you will guide your crew to deliver exceptional results that impress customers. Operating and maintaining equipment like skid steers, mini excavators, and zero-turn mowers will be second nature, and you'll ensure the job site remains safe and orderly. By the end of the day, you'll wrap up by submitting all paperwork to your supervisor.
