Position Summary
As the Employee and Labor Relations Manager with a specialization in Union 1199, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining positive employee-employer relations within PPGNY, with a specific emphasis on activities related to Union 1199. You will contribute to the organization's commitment to providing exceptional healthcare services while ensuring a collaborative and respectful work environment.
Union Relations :
- Cultivate and nurture positive relationships with Union 1199 officials, stewards, and members.
- Act as the key liaison between PPGNY and the union, fostering open communication and collaboration.
