APMEX is seeking a customer service intern to join our dynamic customer service team!
The customer service intern is a great steppingstone in the career path of customer experience. We troubleshoot problems with orders, shipping, and answer questions about investing and our programs.
This opportunity will get you ready to be a key player in a call center environment that utilizes multiple incoming channels and has rigorous metrics that we are held accountable to providing a best in class experience for our valued customers.
Qualifications
The following make a candidate a good fit for this internship :
A desire to help customers with a flare for de-escalation
Proficient in basic computer skills : Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Self-motivated with a team mentality, we achieve together
Organized and one-touch resolution oriented
Time management skills, able to multi task and accomplish goals by a stated deadline
High School Diploma or higher education
Previous customer service experience preferred
