About the Role

AFLALO is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to support the end-to-end production process across our ready-to-wear and specialty categories. This role ensures that every garment meets AFLALO’s uncompromising standards of craftsmanship, quality, and finish.

The ideal candidate has experience in luxury or contemporary fashion , a refined eye for detail, and the ability to uphold the integrity of design through each stage of production. You’ll work closely with Product Development, Atelier, and vendor partners to bring exquisite, well-constructed pieces to life — ensuring precision, consistency, and beauty in every detail.

Responsibilities

• Support and oversee production from SMS through bulk, ensuring all products meet AFLALO’s standards of excellence.
• Monitor workmanship and finishing, maintaining the highest level of quality across materials, fit, and construction.
• Create and maintain purchase orders, WIP reports, delivery schedules, and production trackers with absolute accuracy.
• Communicate daily with factories, mills, and suppliers to track progress, resolve issues, and protect design intent.
• Coordinate fittings and pre-production reviews to confirm craftsmanship and fabrication integrity.
• Manage sample flow, QC, labeling, and packaging — ensuring every piece feels luxurious and refined.
• Support costing and vendor negotiations to achieve target margins without compromising quality.
• Partner closely with Product Development and Atelier to uphold luxury standards and construction consistency season over season.
