Compensation :

• You will earn between $50,000–$100,000 per year , depending on experience

ABOUT THIS ROLE :

As our Master Mechanic, you diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and drivetrain systems daily, often solving tough issues. You perform precision TIG / MIG welding and fabrication for unique custom projects, transforming raw metal into robust components for suspension, body, and chassis systems. You diagnose and rebuild both carbureted and fuel-injected engines (gas and diesel), and troubleshoot 4x4 drivetrain components with confidence. As a resource for the team, you mentor Level I and II technicians and interpret complex schematics to guide your work. You communicate with customers for estimates and updates, support shop operations, and ensure your workspace remains clean, safe, and organized.
