Key Responsibilities
Estimate detailed savings comparisons based on borrower loan and utility details
Provide customer service through inbound / outbound communication and present findings to the financial investigations team
Maintain metric goals and develop knowledge of company policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of the solar industry, including sales practices and residential solar components
Highly proficient in computer skills, including Excel and Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively
