What You'll Do
Manage and provide direction to supervisors, teams, and team members.Ensure systems are in place to efficiently and effectively manage quality work according to factory standards, company policies, and customer expectations.Direct technicians / shop staff to achieve quality maintenance and repair work that satisfies customers.Prepare schedules and plan staff rotations to complete maintenance / repair work quickly and efficiently.Analyze incoming vehicles for service needs.Maintain supply and support systems, including technical reference materials and workshop supplies.Conduct periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality.Mentor and train technicians to support team growth.Ensure all personnel adhere to company policies and comply with federal, state, and local regulations.Minimum Qualifications
BA / BS degree and 7+ years of related experience (reconditioning and / or lot operations; body shop; automotive service and / or repair; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience). No Degree, 11 years of relevant experience.At least 1 year of experience in a management or lead role.Good communication and interaction skills.Good management and organizational skills.A valid driver's license and good driving record.Ability to lift 1-30 pounds (light tools, etc.).Preferred
Knowledge of federal / state laws and regulations regarding OSHA, EPA and MSDS.Compensation
USD 79,400.00 - 119,000.00 per year. Base salary may vary within the range based on location and candidate knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation including an incentive program.
