We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Service Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing cars and Sport Utility Vehicles. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnostic Testing : Use specialized tools and equipment to diagnose vehicle issues accurately. Interpret diagnostic results to identify mechanical problems.
• Maintenance Services : Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and scheduled servicing to manufacturer specifications.
• Repair Work : Execute complex repair jobs, including but not limited to engine rebuilds, transmission repairs, brake systems, steering mechanisms, and electronic systems.
• Customer Service : Communicate effectively with Advisors to explain vehicle problems, potential solutions, and the work performed. Offer recommendations for maintaining vehicle performance and longevity.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure all repair and maintenance work meets company standards and customer satisfaction. Test drive vehicles post-repair to verify success of maintenance or repair work.
• Continuous Learning : Stay up to date with all online courses with Hyundai and Genesis. Attend Classes as needed off site.
