Senior Project Manager
The Office of Performance Management and Data Analytics (OPMDA) assists the agency in translating its priorities into quantitative and measurable indicators for program monitoring. OPMDA's Performance Management Unit is responsible for reporting and analyzing critical statistics and data on social service programs administered by NYC's Human Resources Administration and Department of Homeless Services. OPMDA supports these Agencies in meeting their mission of fighting poverty and homelessness and creating better access to social services and public benefits. This unit supports data-driven management and decision making through the development of performance management systems that benchmark and measure operational processes and performance outcomes. OPMDA is recruiting for one (1) City Research Scientist III to function as the Senior Project Manager, who will :

Minimum Qualifications
1. For Assignment Level I (only physical, biological and environmental sciences and public health) A master's degree from an accredited college or university with a specialization in an appropriate field of physical, biological or environmental science or in public health. To be appointed to Assignment Level II and above, candidates must have :

Residency Requirement
New York City residency is generally required within 90 days of appointment. However, City Employees in certain titles who have worked for the City for 2 continuous years may also be eligible to reside in Nassau, Suffolk, Putnam, Westchester, Rockland, or Orange County.
