Cloud Coding Tech Lead

A company is looking for a Cloud Coding Lead.

Key Responsibilities :

Directly write, evaluate, and rewrite code to solve complex, real-world problems

Develop and implement frameworks to rate and evaluate the quality of code responses generated by models

Analyze and improve the efficiency and correctness of both human-written and model-generated code

Required Qualifications :

7 - 10+ years of experience in building and shipping complex software solutions

Strong proficiency in at least one of the following languages : Python, Java, C, C++, JavaScript

Experience in creating comprehensive test harnesses and defining code quality metrics

Familiarity with LLMs and challenges related to code generation and evaluation is preferred

Domain expertise in STEM fields, data analysis, and data visualization is a plus
