Advantra is partnering with a Series A AI marketing platform startup in San Francisco to hire a Growth & Content Marketing Lead to shape content strategy, storytelling, and product marketing across channels.

About the role

You will lead content creation and storytelling for product launches, campaigns, and outbound communications. You will collaborate with product, design, and growth teams to turn user stories into marketing campaigns, craft clear messaging, and drive product adoption. You will use the platform daily and share your work publicly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Conversion's voice across product launches, email updates, and social channels.
• Write landing pages, product updates, how-to guides, campaign briefs, and social content.
• Build in public by sharing product workflows, demos, and use cases.
• Partner with founders, product, and growth to define launch narratives and GTM plans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align messaging and marketing initiatives.
• Track and optimize content performance across campaigns and channels.
• Maintain consistency of brand voice and storytelling across all touchpoints.
• Experiment with creative formats to engage audiences and grow adoption.
