Overview
Buzzi Unicem USA, a major US cement manufacturer, is looking for a Corporate Accountant to join our Finance team at our Headquarters, located in Bethlehem, PA.
The Corporate Accountant will be responsible for performing a variety of auditing, accounting assignments, and analysis to assure compliance with our established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
- Perform activities associated with monthly and annual close, and financial statements including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain account analysis for various general ledger accounts as assigned.
- Support the preparation of the annual budget and forecasts.
- Assist with gathering information for annual financial statement audit and mid-year review.
- Special projects / assignments as needed.
Qualifications
- BS in Accounting
- 4+ years of work experience (preferably in a manufacturing environment)
- Ability to work independently or within a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to conveying accurate and appropriate information
- Ability to multi-task
- Moderate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office package
- Experience with an ERP system a plus
