Commercial Loan Officer
JCW is partnering with a well established community bank based in New Jersey. They are seeking an experienced Commercial Lender to help build out their book of business in the Bethlehem area.
We need someone with a strong background in local commercial lending, capable of building relationships, assessing credit risk, and contributing to community growth.
This role is paired with strong earnings potential, along with a good track record of internal growth and support from the bank.

Responsibilities :
- Business Growth : Find new local business opportunities for CRE, C&I, and SBA loans.
- Credit Assessment : Evaluate borrower creditworthiness for informed lending decisions.
- Customer Relationships : Build long-term relationships as a trusted financial advisor.
- Community Engagement : Participate in local events and positively represent the bank.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Commercial Lender in a banking setting.
- Knowledge of commercial lending, credit risk analysis, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong business development and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
