Assistant General Manager Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in recruiting, training, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.
- Lead by example, creating a positive, fun, and values-driven environment for both employees and customers.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring consistency, speed, friendliness, and quality.
- Assist with scheduling, labor management, inventory, and compliance with food safety and health standards.
- Contribute to profitability by helping manage budgets, control costs, and drive sales growth through marketing, merchandising, and catering opportunities.
- Support training programs, performance reviews, and employee engagement initiatives to minimize turnover and build team satisfaction.
- Ensure food and beverage excellence by maintaining consistent standards, coaching staff, and upholding brand guidelines.
- Act as a leader of change, communicating new initiatives, motivating the team, and promoting continuous improvement.
Assistant General Manager Qualifications
