Commercial Project Manager
The Commercial Project Manager is responsible for :
- Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
- Prepare and present project updates, including progress reports and financial tracking.
- Identify and address potential risks, resolving issues promptly to avoid project delays.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality projects within agreed-upon timelines.
- Continuously look for ways to improve processes and deliverables.

A successful Commercial Project Manager should have :
A solid understanding of construction management principles, particularly in the property sector.3-5 years of experience in commercial construction industry as an APM or PMProcore and Bluebeam experience is highly preferred.Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management is highly desirable.Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and interact with clients.Proficiency in construction management software and tools.A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.What's on offer :
