Commercial Project Manager

The Commercial Project Manager is responsible for :

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
• Prepare and present project updates, including progress reports and financial tracking.
• Identify and address potential risks, resolving issues promptly to avoid project delays.
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality projects within agreed-upon timelines.
• Continuously look for ways to improve processes and deliverables.
