Principal Technical Program Manager

A company is looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager to support its Strategic Programs office within the Product & Technology organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead key large cross-product programs, ensuring timely delivery and quality

Drive delivery by following the Program Operating Model and coach teams on risk and stakeholder management

Foster cross-functional collaboration and regularly review key performance indicators (KPIs) for project success

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in enterprise software, preferably in the security industry

7+ years of experience with Jira, Jira Dashboards, and BI / Analytics Tools

5-7 years of experience as a former software developer

Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle and risk management processes

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
