Speech Language Pathologist Assistant SLPA - School 24/25 SY
Pioneer Healthcare Services is seeking a committed school -based Speech Language Pathology Assistants to join a school district in Denver County, CO for the 24 / 25 SY.
The qualified school based SLPAs will act as the students' partner throughout their daily tasks and assist students to function at their personal best.
You will maximize the quality of life and movement potential within the spheres of promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment or intervention, and rehabilitation.
Responsibilities of a school based Speech Language Pathology Assistant : Administers screening protocolsTransports students to / from testing or therapy areaAdministers therapeutic treatment protocols written by the Speech Language PathologistCommunicates with students and other professions to meet the emotional needs of studentsObtains case histories and completes observation checklistsManagers behavior using appropriately designed management techniquesSummarizes and records target behaviors during therapy sessionsPerforms clerical and administrative functions, when necessaryGrade level Pre K - High School2022 - 2023 school yearSubmits all billing logs and necessary information on a timely basisAbout Pioneer Healthcare Services : We are a San Diego-based staffing and recruiting travel company for exceptional nurses and therapists all over the U.
