- ???? What You’ll Be Doing
- Grow the territory by nurturing current clients and developing new business
- Become a trusted partner—providing solutions that improve performance and productivity
- Collaborate with manufacturer reps and in-house support to specify the right products and systems
- Deliver quotes and proposals, follow up on leads, and close sales with confidence
- Host customer trainings, monitor the competitive landscape, and maintain strong service standards
- Manage daily activity : sales calls, reports, expenses, and occasional emergency service or deliveries
- ???? What We’re Looking For
- Experience or interest in fluid power components / systems is a strong plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and a “hunter” mentality for new business
- Self-starter with mechanical aptitude and a sense of humor (yes, it helps!)
- Two year technical or four year degree preferred
- Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
