About The Position

• This is an ADMIN position, NOT a normal clinic MA position

A clinician in this role utilizes Epic to address patient concerns and needs from incoming patient phone calls and MyChart messages. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with patients and coworkers. Must be able to document in clear, objective and thorough manner. Previous experience with Epic and doing in basket management / call intake required.

MA-C required

Must have previous experience in healthcare, healthcare terminology, and Epic.

Shift : 5 x 8 Days

Weekend REQ : No

Is on-call REQ? No

Certs REQ : BLS

Skills REQ : healthcare, healthcare terminology, and Epic, Adult Outpatient Clinics, Cardiology Experience Preferred

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? As Needed Within Skillset
