Technical Test Lead

Job description Infosys is seeking a Technical Test Lead As a QA Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems.

You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios.

Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

This position may require travel.At least 4 years of working experience in QA TestingStrong communication skills.Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycleExperience with Lean / Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Experience : 4+ years of experience with application development and support / Automation framework development using Java.

Experience with Test Automation including Framework development, Framework maintenance, Framework Optimization, Automation Strategizing, Automation Planning and Automation Test Execution.

Knowledge in Core Java, Selenium, Oracle DB, SOAP, Rest Assure, Web Services, Agile, DevOps, SQL.Minimum 2 years of experience in application development / Automation framework development using Java, Selenium.

At least 2 years of strong experience in Agile Testing projects.Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience in DB2, JCL, VSAM and working with batch jobs in mainframe.Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

Experience in Agile methodology, Knowledge of Quality processes, Estimation methodologies.Open-source programming language knowledge like Java, Python.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
