Location : Cedar Rapids, IA 52404

Shift Details : Afternoon Shift Mon-Fri 10am to 630pm

Contract Length : 11 / 03 / 2025 to 10 / 29 / 2026

Pay Rate : $24 / hr

Description :

What you’ll do on a typical day :

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
• Diagnose, assess and resolve problems or issues
• Monitor progress of delivery routes
• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
