As a Senior Business Manager within the Finance & Business Operations organization, you'll serve as a strategic partnerintegrating data, insights, and performance metrics across multiple functions to deliver strong business results and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities :

• Lead financial and business management activities supporting a major program or product area.
• Integrate data and insights across functions including Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Master Planning, Engineering, and Supply Chain to drive informed decision-making.
• Manage both short- and long-term financial performance, including contract orders, sales, profit, cash flow, capital expenditures, and overhead costs.
• Oversee earned value management, program budgets, and performance reporting (including Estimates at Completion).
• Assess and communicate program risks, issues, and opportunitiesdeveloping actionable plans to ensure financial and operational health.
• Serve as a key liaison between internal leadership, cross-functional teams, and external customers.
• Support strategic initiatives, including new business pursuits, proposal development, and business case analyses.
• Provide financial guidance and analysis for enterprise investments, system integrations, and other critical business activities.
