Qualifications of Front Desk Receptionist :
- Receptionist or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, organized, and dependable
Some Responsibilities of Front Desk Receptionist :
Greeting and assisting residents, families, and visitors with professionalism and warmthWelcoming new residents and their families, ensuring they receive all necessary informationMaintaining a daily log of questions, concerns, and issues—and ensuring follow-up steps are takenAnswer and direct calls promptly and accuratelyManage the front desk area to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environmentHandle mail distribution and incoming deliveriesMaintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with facility check-in and safety proceduresProvide administrative support to various departments, including filing, copying, and data entryRecord and communicate resident or family concerns to the appropriate staff membersMaintain confidentiality of all resident information in compliance with HIPAA standardsApply today — we can’t wait to meet you!
