Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Emergency Room RN to join our team. The ideal candidate is a quick thinker, skilled decision-maker, and adaptable multitasker, capable of handling a wide range of patient cases-from minor injuries to critically ill patients. You will collaborate with a supportive team to provide excellent, patient-focused care in a fast-paced emergency department environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Triage, assess, and provide care for patients of all ages.
• Develop individualized patient care plans, identifying expected outcomes.
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously while prioritizing patient needs.
• Provide follow-up care instructions and make necessary referrals.
• Coordinate with physicians and hospital departments to ensure seamless patient care.
• Maintain a patient-focused, safety-conscious approach at all times.
