Information Technology Support Technician

Job Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in analysis, installation, configuration, and testing of micro / mini computer network software.
• Experience with laptop / desktop component repair.
• Proficient in using analysis equipment and entering keyboard commands to diagnose server, software, and hardware issues.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various levels of staff and external vendors / consultants.
• Ability to communicate technical information in non-technical terms.
• Excellent written skills for maintaining departmental records, documents, and reports.
• Physical ability to install and repair computer peripheral equipment.
• Valid State of Ohio driver's license.
