Operations Manager – RPM Physical Therapy RPM Physical Therapy is looking for a driven and experienced Operations Manager to help lead, streamline, and scale our growing clinic.

This role is ideal for someone who has managed multiple teams, built efficient systems, and helped take a small business to the next level.

Experience in dental, physical therapy, fitness, or health / wellness settings is a huge plus.

Job Duties As our Office Manager, you’ll work closely with the leadership team to keep things running smoothly while helping us grow.

Your main responsibilities will include :

• Overseeing daily operations across admin, physical therapists, and training staff Identifying inefficiencies and creating systems to improve workflow and communication Managing team performance and making sure everyone is aligned with company goals Tracking key business metrics and developing reporting tools for accountability Translating leadership vision into clear, executable plans Playing a major role in strategic planning, including future location expansion Leadership and Growth This role isn’t just about managing tasks; it’s about helping build the future of RPM Physical Therapy.
