Manager, Product Management

As part of the Global Expansion & International team, you will have access to :
- Help lead our international and global expansion HR product management efforts by owning and designing the product roadmap across our highest priority global HR experiences and capabilities
- Help define our Global Enterprise standards for Candidate and Associate experiences and lead the system and change management efforts to align our global geographies to this standard
- Garner an understanding of global Data Privacy & Protection regulations to drive processes that help us better govern our data and aspire to being 100% well-managed
- Partner closely with our Workday platform tech team while leading agile ceremonies, JIRA management, and providing clear product requirements and priorities to ensure successful execution
- Foster coordination and alignment with other product teams and connecting touchpoints up and downstream to establish a cohesive strategy for our candidates, associates, and recruiters across our global regions
- Own and manage relationships with global HR partners to establish priorities and define requirements, serving as the main point of contact for international HR teams

At least 3 years of experience working in Product ManagementCurrently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date :A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentrationPreferred Qualifications :
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital productsAt this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location :
McLean, VA : $158,400 - $180,800 for Manager, Product Management
Richmond, VA : $144,000 - $164,400 for Manager, Product Management
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
