Technical Field Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Field Engineer located in Roanoke, VA. The Technical Field Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services for our products. Day-to-day tasks include conducting field service operations, performing installations, repairs, maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing their technical needs on-site. The role also involves effective communication and collaboration with customers and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
• Field Service and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Relevant technical certifications or qualifications are beneficial
• Experience in manufacturing or engineering environments is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field is preferred
