Job Responsibilities :

• Provides prospects and self-directed investors with financial guidance and assistance based on their needs to deepen existing relationships.
• Educates potential and existing clients about investment products, services, and trading strategies offered by the bank.
• Delivers on performance goals by uncovering additional client needs, deepening existing relationships, and referring clients to business counterparts.
• Delivers exceptional service to clients by answering general account inquiries.
• Accurately executes and confirms trade orders as well as a variety of securities transactions initiated by self-directed clients.
• Assists clients with brokerage consumer website usage and navigation.
• Researches and resolves client requests.
• Maintains current knowledge of Merrill products, policies, and services while keeping abreast of financial markets and regulations.
