Job descriptionPrepare and generate accurate customer invoices on a weekly and monthly basis. Maintain up-to-date accounts receivable records and ensure timely application of incoming payments. Verify invoice documentation and resolve discrepancies between payments and invoices. Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger with the general ledger. Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and payments. Assist with month-end closing activities, including journal entries. Post invoices using Dynamics 365 and develop reports using Excel and Power BI. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing issues and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an AR Specialist or similar accounting role. Invoicing, billing, general ledger, and collections experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power BI. Experience with accounting software, preferably Dynamics 365. Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both remotely and in-office(1-2 days onsite / week), along with a comprehensive benefits package.
