, you're the heartbeat of daily operations — the one who ensures every prescription leaves the pharmacy correctly, on time, and in perfect condition.

You'll manage front-end interactions, process payments, and coordinate shipments across multiple carriers — turning logistics into an act of care.

What You'll Do

Handle patient check-outs, payments, and POS transactions with professionalism and warmth.

Prepare, label, and route packages for USPS, UPS, and courier delivery with zero-error accuracy.

Track deliveries, resolve issues, and ensure patients receive their medications promptly.

Maintain shipping and cash logs with precision and accountability.

Coordinate closely with technicians and pharmacists to maintain workflow harmony.

Qualifications

Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency

Excellent communication and multitasking skills

Comfort with technology, shipping software, and POS systems

Proven reliability and accountability in prior roles

High school diploma or higher
