A company is looking for a Payroll Implementation Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Provide input into payroll implementation plans to meet client service needs and business objectives
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop payroll implementation solutions and functional requirement documents
Administer data collection sessions and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure compliance with client requirements
Required Qualifications
1 - 3+ years of retirement plan and / or systems analysis experience
4-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Demonstrated relationship management skills with internal clients
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
