Responsibilities

Client Interaction : Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions.Inbound Communication : Handle incoming calls effectively, addressing inquiries and providing comprehensive information.

Policy Recommendations : Create and propose insurance plans that align with each client's unique requirements.Cross-Selling : Identify opportunities to expand client portfolios by offering additional services.

Relationship Development : Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.Professional Development : Stay informed about industry trends and updates to provide relevant advice.

Requirements

Licensing : Active Colorado Property & Casualty License preferred.Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.

Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication abilities.Client-Centric : A passion for exceeding client expectations.

Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a hybrid remote work environment.Team Collaboration : Work effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Technology Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.
