Responsibilities

Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients by understanding their specific insurance needs and offering tailored solutions.

Sales and Consultation : Actively participate in sales processes by providing expert advice and consultation to clients on various insurance plans.

Inbound and Outbound Communication : Manage inbound inquiries and make outbound calls to potential clients, providing clear and positive communication throughout the sales cycle.

Policy Customization : Develop personalized insurance policies that meet the unique requirements of clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Cross-Selling : Identify opportunities to add value to client portfolios through additional products and services.

Education and Compliance : Stay informed about industry changes and ensure all sales activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.

Requirement

Licensing : Must hold a current and valid Colorado Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is highly desirable.

Communication Skills : Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Customer-Focused : A genuine commitment to providing excellent customer service and meeting client needs.

Salesmanship : Demonstrable skills in sales, with the ability to cross-sell and up-sell insurance products effectively.
